Getting Started Is Simple

3. Receive Your Project Estimate
We’ll review your questionnaire and create a personalized estimate that includes your recommended package, project details, and estimated completion timeline.
4. Approve Your Estimate & Get Started
Once you approve the estimate and sign the digital service agreement, a 50% deposit will be required to begin your project.
5. Website Design & Development Begins
We’ll begin creating your website and work with you throughout the process to gather any additional information, images, logos, or content needed. Simple website projects may be completed in as little as 5 business days once all required information and approvals have been provided.
6. Review & Finalize Your Website
You’ll review the completed website and have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions based on your selected package.
7. Launch Your Website
Once your website is approved and the remaining balance has been received, your website will be published and ready for visitors.
8. Ongoing Support (Optional)
Need help after your website launches? Website updates and ongoing maintenance services are available to help keep your site current and up to date.
Most websites are completed and published within one week after we've received all of the necessary information.

Do I need to purchase a domain name and web hosting?
Yes. Every website needs a domain name (your website address) and web hosting (where your website is stored). Don't worry, we'll handle it! OC Site Maker will help you choose your domain, set up your hosting, and take care of the technical setup so you don't have to. Domain and hosting fees are separate from your website package, and everything will be set up in your name so you own and control it.

What is Web Hosting?
Web hosting is the service that stores your website files and makes your website available online.
Hosting costs vary depending on the provider, plan, and features needed. For many simple websites, affordable hosting options can start around $3–5 per month with promotional pricing, typically when signing up for a longer-term plan. Standard pricing may be higher after the initial term.

Your domain and hosting accounts will be set up in your name, so you maintain ownership and control of your website.
Are the domain name and web hosting included in the initial price?
No. Domain registration and web hosting are separate costs paid directly to the hosting provider.
We handle the entire setup and configuration as part of building your website, so you don't have to worry about the technical details. Because the accounts are in your name, you'll always maintain ownership of your website.
Will my website work on mobile phones and tablets?

Your domain name and hosting account are registered in your name, giving you complete ownership and control. You're free to manage the website yourself or have us maintain it for you.
Can I update my website myself?

Your website is yours to manage. You can make updates yourself whenever you'd like.
If you'd rather not spend time maintaining your website, we also offer optional maintenance services.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes.
After your website is published, you can choose to have us maintain it for you. We can update text, photos, pricing, add new pages, and make other changes whenever needed.
Maintenance services are completely optional, and there are no long-term contracts.
What if I need changes after my website is published?
No problem.
Whether you need a few small updates or want to expand your website with new pages or features, we're happy to help. Update requests are billed separately unless you're enrolled in one of our maintenance plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due before your website is published. Payment instructions will be provided with your invoice. Payments can be made by direct deposit, Paypal, Zelle and Venmo.
